At Claud TV, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the digital nature of our IPTV services, certain conditions apply regarding refunds.
1. Nature of the Service
Our products and subscriptions are 100% digital and are activated automatically after payment confirmation.
Once the subscription is activated, we cannot cancel or revoke access that has already been provided.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund only in the following situations:
- The service was not delivered (no access received after payment).
- The subscription does not work and our technical team was unable to resolve the issue after verification.
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Issues caused by incorrect device setup without following our instructions.
- Customer internet connection issues (slow speed, interruptions, instability).
- Misuse of the service or device incompatibility.
- Refund requests after the subscription period has ended.
4. Refund Procedure
- Requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp to our customer support, including the order details.
- Our team will review each case and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Service Trial
Before subscribing to a long-term plan, we strongly recommend testing our service with a trial plan (if available) to ensure that your device and internet connection are compatible.
